There are various grades under which a diamond is rated for its clarity

F
Flawless – This piece of the stone is very rarely available as this is one of the clear diamond stone with no external or Internal flaws.

IF
Internal Flaw – This variety of Diamond is again rarely present as this is another kind of stone that has very rare flaws on its internal part, but just contains some flaws on its surface

VVS1-VVS2
Very Very Slightly Included – This stage has 2 grades and this kind of a stone has very minute inclusions that are very difficult to be viewed under the units of 10x Magnification even with help of a professional gemologist.

VS1-VS2
Very Slightly Included – This section again consists of two grades and this grade has very minor inclusions which are only detectable with slight difficulty under the 10X Magnification norms.

SI1-SI2
Slightly Included – This is another section that has two grades and this section again has minor inclusions in the stone that are easily detectable under the 10x Magnification

I1-I2-I3
Included – This section of the Diamond Stones has three grades and they have some major inclusions which are easily detectable with the help of the 10x magnification or sometimes also visible to the naked eyes of a human being.

Diamonds under the VS and VVS section are the best quality stones to be purchased in terms of the best value for money and creative appearance
